Chen Min Office is a multi-faceted design practice established by designer Chen Min whose production ranges from the design of objects to creative direction.  Finding the best bonding point of tradition and modernization, east and west has always been what Chen Min Office is good at. Chinese design must become a language that used by the world instead of staying superficially as some style. Chen Min's goal is to find the Chinese language in the world of design. 


1980   Born in Hangzhou, China 
2007   Graduated from Design Academy Eindhoven, The Netherlands 
2009   Graduated from the Domus Academy in Milan, Italy with a Master's degree in design, and stayed on as a teaching assistant
2010   Returning to China and working at the forefront of industrial design in China 
2012   Established Chen Min Office
2020   2020 As a co-founder, he invited European, American and Southeast Asian designers to participate in Create Cures (a public welfare activity) , which was covered by DEZEEN, BRUTUS and other industry media and won the IDEAT Future Award 
2020   The neoold curated by Chen Min for Design Shanghai shows the multiple dimensions of traditional craft innovation by domestic and foreign designers, and is evaluated as "The designer who knows the most about traditional craftsmanship"
